Frank, Renee, and crew have done an outstanding job on the complete renovation of my pool. From the moment I called them for an estimate to the completion of the work they have been prompt, professional, and courteous. Frank arrived early for the estimate appointment and I had a complete written estimate within 2 hours. Their estimated price for the job was extremely reasonable. The renovation of my inground pool was extensive and included raising the deep end bottom 3.5 feet, installing a new liner that fit the new dimensions of the pool, replacing and moving all of the associated mechanical equipment several feet and around the corner of my house, and converting my pool to an automated salt water chlorination system. They basically gave me a new pool. Frank and his crew were meticulous in ensuring my liner had no wrinkles and it fits perfectly and looks beautiful. Frank responded quickly and positively to all of my questions and concerns. Now I will only call Presidential Pools for all of my pool needs. Presidential Pools has just completed repairing my skimmers, plumbing, salt cell, cement deck, and liner. All repairs were completed in a timely (as told to me which is very rare) and professional manner. The job was performed exactly as we discussed and per expectations set before the job start. In addition, after much research, I found their price to be quite competitive.
Frank, Renee, and the rest of the Presidential team were absolutely great to work with. Communication was great via phone and email and all changes were made verbally and in writing. If you have ever put in a liner, you should know to expect additional charges after the old liner has been removed. If you have not. Word to the wise. THERE MOST LIKELY WILL BE CHARGES AFTER YOU HAVE GOTTEN THE OLD LINER OUT. To Frank and Renee's credit, this was made very clear.
Thanks to Presidential Pool's effort my summer was not lost!

I would like to take the time to say how pleased I am with Presidential Pools. I have had nothing but nightmares with all of the pool companies I have had dealing with in the past. My in ground pool is only two years old and I have had numerous problems...... I had leaks, sink holes, and concrete imperfections around my pool. I had to replace my liner in just two years!
I called Presidential Pools and told them my situation. They came to my home and explained to me what the previous company did wrong and what needed to be corrected. To my surprise, it was not going to cost me an arm and a leg! I agreed with their contract and they did a fantastic job. I finally have a pool that I can be proud of.
